PERMANENT RECRUITMENT

'No Cure No Pay'
If your company want to hire an employee onto your own payroll we offer various services to achieve the results you require.
The standard industry, 'No Cure No Pay' option is the most popular service used by our customers. Simply, if we don't find the candidate, you don't pay the recruitment fee. This offers you the freedom to use other channels alongside our own search methods. This service can also be offered if you are looking to hire someone onto your own payroll for a fixed term period. If you need a resource for a fixed term project your fee can be tailored to meet your requirements. Our Proportional Fee option would for example, allow you to pay 50% of the normal fee if you needed a fixed resource for only 6 months instead of permanently*. This option can also be used if you are looking to spread your recruitment fees, allowing smaller companies to utilise recruitment services that may be out of their financial reach.
*the maximum fee is applied over a 12 month period.
Interim Recruitment
If you have a recruitment drive for a technical area that your current company structure is either not designed for; or perhaps has its skills directed in other sectors. We offer the solution of hiring an interim recruitment consultant who can operate at whatever capacity or level you choose in assisting, consulting, managing or simply advising you in your recruitment needs. We are happy to discuss market conditions relating to the technical and telecommunications jobs with you for free so please contact us if you need advise. Our Interim Consultant can work under contractual arrangement within your organisation.

CONTRACT RECRUITMENT
Contract professionals offer industries the ability to have flexible and temporary workforces. This area is specifically critical to the Computer, Telecommunications, and High technology industries. Through 20 years of experience working the Contract recruitment market across the IT and Telecommunication sectors, DS8 Consulting have access to those much needed Contract Professionals to run your national and international projects.
Freelance Option
Through DS8 and our partners we offer the ability to find and operate professionals compliantly across the Globe (including the US.) If your project needs turned around due to a shortage of the correct skills, or if you need a team put together without the high costs of going to a large Consultancy or Integrator, DS8 offer the experience and expertise to do this. In all our services we not only provide fully skilled Freelancers, we also provide a guarantee on full country tax and social compliancy within the geographical contract market you work in e.g. Limosa Registration, VAR declarations/declaraties, Accountancy Compliancy Statements, or “G” Rekening options.
Payroll Option - PAYE/Temping/Detachering
DS8 can provide payroll services with The Netherlands, Belgium, and the United Kingdom along with coverage through our partners for all EMEA based countries. For your contract or temporary recruitment needs we can provide both the Search and Selection of your candidates, along with the ability to provide the necessary payroll infrastructure, giving your organisation flexibility and the ability to meet its project and target deadlines.
