As of the 1st of January 2027 the law (Wtta) relating to the placement and running of temporary workers, freelancers, or staff contracted out or seconded to third party employers will take effect. A new government service, The Nederlandse Autoriteit Uitleenmarkt (NAU) will be established to implement this law which will be enforced from the 1st of January 2028. The SNA (Stichting Normering Arbeid) quality mark is an assurance to clients and employees that your payroll services are fully compliant and up to date with all legal requirements in The Netherlands.
