Using Agile practices, the Test Analyst is an independent critical thinking part of a multi-disciplinary project team who likes to work in a software development environment that is both exciting and demanding.
Projects can take place in a cross-departmental or an international environment.

Job requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree in ICT or Economics and/or able to demonstrate a clear affinity with ICT and an interest in wholesale banking.
Your Profile:
• Minimum of 4 years experience as tester.

• Are analytical and know how to separate main and side issues. You like to work in a software development environment that is both exciting and demanding and where you can really add value to the stakeholders;
• Your analytical skills will help tremendously in test automation, limited coding for test automation purposes is appealing to you;

• Are able to relay test related documentation, ideas and opinions clearly, comprehensively and correctly (in English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing);

Knowledge and personal skills:
Experience/interested:
• In Context Driven, Exploratory and/or Concurrent Testing;
• With Agile development environments;
• With, and special interest in, automated testing;
• With MTM/TFS and test automation tools like Cucumber;
• Knowledge of structured test methods and processes (ISTQB, TMap);
• Has good issue management and resolution skills;
• Fluent in English and Dutch;
