​Customer Service / Helpdesk

Arnhem, NL

For our international client in Amsterdam we are looking for Helpdesk workers with Fluent Dutch and English language skills for a temporary 3month contract.

 

Answer incoming phone calls from customer personnel

Answer incoming phone (remote support requests) calls from field engineers

Monitor the notification and ticket queue screens

Remotely Resolve tickets with a remote resolution opportunity

Perform/create daily house keeping tasks

Dispatch Field engineers or third parties

 

Ideally for this role you will have the following knowledge and skills:

Strong troubleshooting skills capabilities

Fluency in Dutch and English

Good level of self studies willingness

Independent worker; logical thinker

Motivated to learn new subjects 

Product knowledge/experience

Experience required:

1-2 years in service desk or telephone support role. Or equivalent graduate IT education.

MS Office suite essential.

Affinity with IT and Computer Systems.

 

Beneficial:

Knowledge of UNIX/Linux

Knowledge of Remedy ticket software
